Dining Room Hutch Rebuild from Flooding

The finished product!

A client had damage to her favorite dining room hutch in a flood and wanted me to fix it.

On my porch before delivery.

Added the remaining 2 drawers.

Before... water damage had swollen the fiberboard and ruined the hutch!

The door hinge had gotten damaged in the move too.  This was when I first brought it home.

Mildew climbing up the swollen fiberboard with plastic veneer glued on.

The progress of rebuilding with 3/4 Birch plywood and pine 1/4's.

Stained and coated with 2 coats of Polyurethane, used original hardware, trim molding, and the 2 shelves. The top, doors, drawers, and part of the front face is original except for the bottom piece.
